IS HELL A REAL PLACE OF TORMENT?

Yes… But God made a way out for you through His son Jesus Christ, when He offered Him as a perfect sacrifice for our sins, God send Jesus to hell for three days and three nights so that you dont have to go there. In Mt 12: 40. Jonah was a type of Christ, was Jonah’s boby dead for three days and three nights in the whale’s belly? Yes. Was Jesus body dead in the tomb for three days and three nights? Yes. Was Jonah’s spirit in hell for three days and three nights? Yes. Jonah. 2: 2-7. Was Jesus Spirit in Hell for three days and three nights? Yes. In Lk. 23: 46. When Jesus ask the Father to receive His Spirit, He when to hell and preach to the spirits that was kept in prison. 1Pe. 3: 17-20. In Acts 2: 27. That God would not leave His Soul in hell, and in Re. 1: 18. Say that He has the keys hell and death. Did Jonah came out alive from the whale? Yes. Did Jesus came out alive from the tomb? Yes. When Jesus made the promise to take the criminal who confess Him as Lord to paradise, I would like you to have the right understanding of that passage, paradise was beneath the earth a compartment next to hell and there was a great gulf fixed that separate them, the wicked souls God send to hell to wait for judgment, the righteous souls that was looking for the promise salvation from God would go to paradise and wait for the sacrifice of the lamb from God. In Ge. 22: 8 Abraham say that God would provide the lamb for the sacrifice. Isaiah. 53: how the lamb will be sacrificed. In Lk. 2: 25-30. You see Simeon a just man whom the Holy Spirit lead to see Jesus in the temple, and he confess that his eyes has seen the salvation of God. In Lk 16: 19-31.

Jesus said they was a rich man and a beggar, it’s either He told the truth or a lie, its not a parable as we been told, it’s a true story because of the name of Abraham, Lazarus and Moses is mention. Jesus said, there was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hell, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. Then he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us. Then he said, I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house, for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment. Abraham said to him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’ And he said, No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent. But he said to him, If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.

According to Mt. 27: 51-53. After the resurrection of Jesus, all the saints that was kept in paradise beneath the earth came out from there graves, and when to the holy city and appeared unto many people. Eph. 4: 7-10. Say that Jesus set the saints free from the paradise beneath the earth, and take them to paradise in Heaven.

So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.  Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. 2Cor. 5: 6-10. Jesus said He is the way the truth and the life, no one goes to the Father, but by Him. Come Lord Jesus, come. Amen.
