When Jesus opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. The reason why is because the next seven trumpet that was about to sound, will increase God wrath on the earth because the people refuse to repent from they wrong doing. The saints were praying in a golden censer before the throne of God, then an angel took the censer from the altar, filled it up with fire and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thundering’s, lightnings, and an earthquake.
Now the seven angels were about to sound they trumpets. I would like you to meditate on the horror and the devastation of does calamities, that men kind is going to suffer for not repenting and except the ways of God, I pray that you will have a spirit of repentance in your heart, as you read what the Holy Spirit is saying concerning the sound of the seven trumpets. The first angel blew his trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, and these were thrown upon the earth. And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.
The second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood. A third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.
The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great meteor fell from heaven, blazing like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. The name of the meteor is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died from the water, because it had been made bitter.
The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light might be darkened, and a third of the day might be kept from shining, and likewise a third of the night. Then I looked, and I heard an angel crying with a loud voice as it flew directly overhead, “Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell on the earth, at the blasts of the other trumpets that the three angels are about to blow!” The last three “woe” is not an expression of grief! Rather, here the word “woe” is first of all a reference to extremely severe afflictions that are going to be poured out upon mankind as penalties for man’s evil ways. Man’s evil ways are entirely responsible for God deciding to pour out these severe afflictions. And secondly, in these cases the word “woe” also expresses God turning His back from men kind! To does that have an ear listen to what Holy Spirit is saying, and humble yourself under the Mighty Hand of God, then and only then He will exalt you before His throne and cover you with His Grace. To Jesus is all the Glory Amen.
