When Jesus open the sixth seals, there was a great earthquake that was so devastated, With a mighty wind that followed, the combination of the quake and the wind caused a lot of explosives, combined with the dust of the earth will cause a lot of pollution in the sky, which will cause men to see the sun to appear as black and the moon like blood.
We know the stars are bigger than the earth, many stars could fall on this little planet we called earth, but many meteors will fall to the earth like a fig tree when it is shaken by a mighty wind. The mountains and the islands were moved out of its place because of the great earthquake.
Then the kings of the earth and the great ones and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains, calling to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who is seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, for the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?
”Warning!!! My brothers and my sisters, stop your back sliding, repent, and workout your salvation with fear and trembling, because we know Him who said,” Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, the Lord will judge His people.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10: 26-31. Be very careful the stone doesn’t fall on you, but if He does, He will grind you to powder Mt 21: 44. When you are living in sins contrary to the word of God, you don’t want to hear God or see His wrath.
Ex 20: 18-19. Now when all the people saw the thunder and the flashes of lightning and the sound of the trumpet and the mountain smoking, the people were afraid and trembled, and they stood far off and said to Moses,“ You speak to us, and we will listen; but do not let God speak to us, lest we die.
”What I don’t understand is why would sinners choose to die with their sins? And not let the grace of God through Jesus Christ help them out of their situation. One disobedient could ruin you and have an effect on all of humanity. Let us use Adam for our example.
Genesis 3: 1-19 One man disobedient causes all of us to degenerate in the condition we are now living. Thanks be to Jesus for praying for us, while we were killing Him on the cross, He asked His Father to forgive us, because we don’t know what we are doing. And His actions truly showed us He really forgave us by taking the thief on the cross to paradise with Him.
Today is the day of salvation, try Jesus, if you don’t like Him, the devil will always take you back. If you seek true Love, abide in Jesus, you will forever be Love Shalom.
